 Sol's music contest. Hi all. I've entered a music composition contest that is sponsored by the makers of the hardware I use. In order for me to win, I need votes, in order to get votes, in need wonderful people like you to register at the forum and vote for me.  If you could get your friends involved as well that would be awesome! The more people who vote for me, the more of a chance I have at beating out the other stiff competition.

Oh, and some people have questioned me regarding the voting system - 5 points is the best, 1 point is the lowest. It'd rock if you guys would chose 5.

Oh well Oh well. They are not allowing people to vote unless you were a member before September. Unfortunatly all of my votes will not be counted.
I guess it evens the playing feild for people like me against Eddie McArthur who already have a well established fan base.
Though I'm a bit discouraged, I wish to thank all of you for your support, our hearts were in the right place.

No votes after September?! Okay, I cede to the logic for people that registered, oh, in the last 4 days maybe. But that is just GAY! I don't think they are being fair. What about people that we don't know and don't influance that might join and give Sol a decent vote?! Grrr, damn games with voting! Makes me sick ya know. Is'nt it bad enough the American political election system is borderline on being a joke? *considers building a bomb and mailing it to the dipshits that made this decision* Oh well. I still don't think it's wasted effort. We are getting the name out there, eh? You do have talent Sol. I'd still give you a good shot.

Hehe, thanks guys. I'm definatly not calling it quits. They've confimred that I'm not disqualified, and some random person voted for me today and gave me a neutral vote. So I'm not dead in the water. It still sucks that I' missed that little detail that voters needed to be a member from before the contest started. Who knows. I may not win the mp3 player, but maybe I'll get a shirt, lol. And everyone needs a shirt...right?
